Q: Does Appstract offer a free trial of Shared Shopping?

A: No, we do not offer a free trial. However, we offer a non-binding and in-depth, personalized demo of Shared Shopping, including a discussion of your specific benefits, applications and potential costs.

Q: Which webshop integrations for Shared Shopping does Appstract offer?

A: Appstract’s Shared Shopping can be integrated into ANY webshop. All you have to do is ask your software people to add a so-called “script-tag” – it is truly plug-n-play. 

If you prefer it, Appstract might be able to handle the implementation directly. 

Q: What is the difference between Appstract and Shared Shopping?

A: Appstract is the company behind the unique Shared Shopping plug-in. Appstract is building and offering other shared online experiences like Customer Support, Personal Shopper and Shared Pin based on a similar software development platform. 

Q: How long do Appstract licenses run for?

A: The Shared Shopping License Period runs for one year at a time. You can cancel at any time with a written notice no less than 30 days before the current license period expires.

Q: How long does a Shared Shopping demo take?

A: We can demo Shared Shopping in 20-25 minutes using our demo environment.

Q: How long does it take to implement Shared Shopping?

A: The technical implementation only takes hours. However, having the technical set-up in place is only half the job as we need to make your shoppers/visitors aware of the new and unique Shared Shopping functionality. This requires some promotional efforts, and options are included in your onboarding.

Q: What support and training does Appstract offer?

A: Once you sign in to Appstract Shared Shopping, we will take you through an onboarding process and are always on hand to answer questions or help solve your queries.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Clients can cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, for the cancellation to take effect at the end of the subscription/License Period, the cancellation must be submitted 30 days prior. Consumption fees follow the consumptions (usage) until the end of the License Period. To cancel your subscription, simply send a cancellation mail to accounting@appstract.co.
